Assistant Financial Accountant 


Manage all accounts payable and receivable, handle bookeeping and create financial reports. 

Main responsibilities

- Collecting and billing customers, small, medium and larger B2Bs, making sure the payments are on time ( B2Bs NET30 - NET45 ).

- Accounts Payable and Receivable. Processing payments from/to suppliers, customers, clients.

- Keep track of the company expenses and report it for bookkeeping.

- Investigate possible fraudulent orders / reporting to the team and taking necessary actions.

- Forecasting future expenses. Coordinate financial reports from sales and forecast cash flow to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

- Work collaboratively with the sales department to estimate monthly, yearly budgets.

- Fully manage wholesale POs and invoices.

- Assist in creating an annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.

- This is a full time entry level position based in Södermalm, Stockholm and requires good knowledge of E-commerce, XERO, bookkeeping and forecasting sales and expenses. Salary to be discussed. 


Sales / Account Manager


The core responsibility of the Flyte Sales Manager / Account Manager is to achieve growth though sales. The Flyte sales manager should nurture the already established relations with some of FLYTE’s kickass clients and also find profitable and relevant new customers and clients.

A full understanding of E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woocomerce, Magento as well as retail, e-tail, logistics, B2B, B2C and good communication skills is a must.

Main responsibilities
- Handle daily B2C and B2B (wholesale) activities promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships with existing and new clients. Some of our clients: MoMA NY, MoMA SF, MoMA TOKYO, Conrad shop, etc.

- Prospect interesting clients that will be a good fit for FLYTE in terms of volume and added value: Kick ass design shops, museum shops, Premium department stores, etc. 
- Establish strategic partnerships that open doors for future sales and marketing activities. 

- Map potential customers and generate leads in the markets that Flyte has a presence and increase sales -  Europe, US, Middle East, Australia and Asia. 

- Work closely with the logistics manager to avoid overselling or out of stock in defined markets. 

- The Flyte sales manager is also responsible for brand promotion working closely with the marketing team.  A product at a wrong place is of no use !! 

- This is a full time entry level position based in Södermalm, Stockholm. Salary to be discussed. 

Content Creator 

We are opening an internship position for a content creator to help nurture and grow our online community.  

Experience with filming, editing, storytelling and copywriting are crucial for this role.
Our goal is to produce short 1 minute video clips weekly and broadcast them through our social media channels. You will have the creative freedom to film, edit and explore fresh new content under the artistic direction of our marketing team. Together, you will a discuss creative strategy and gather footage, film, edit and produce bold new content.
